Emily Rastall, Ph.D. is a licensed clinical psychologist who provides strengths-based, goal-focused intervention to children, adolescents, and young adults, and their families. Dr. Rastall offers a cognitive-behavioral as well as a systems approach to partner with individuals, parents, and families to manage negative emotions, reduce challenging behaviors, and maximize functioning in home and school settings. Dr. Rastall completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Washington, received her doctorate from Seattle Pacific University, and completed a post-doctoral fellowship at the Child Study and Treatment Center in Tacoma, Washington. Her training occurred in both inpatient and outpatient settings and involved treating adults, children, and families using evidence-based interventions (e.g., cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, trauma-focused cognitive-behavioral therapy). She is also the director of the parent group program at Familywise Northwest.
